This policy covers the SVG Converter mobile app for iOS and Android. The app lets you upload an image, convert it into an SVG file, optionally remove the background, and download the result.

2. Data We Collect

• Images you choose for SVG conversion.
• Converted SVG outputs and processing metadata.
• Anonymous app session identifiers used for auth, history, abuse prevention, and product analytics.
• Usage events such as image selected, transparent background enabled, conversion started, conversion completed, download, failure, and app errors.
• Device and app context such as platform, app version, crash logs, and performance data.

3. How We Use Data

• To process your image and return an SVG file.
• To improve conversion quality, reliability, and product design.
• To understand which features are useful, such as transparent background conversion.
• To diagnose upload, conversion, download, crash, and provider errors.
• To prevent abuse, spam, automated misuse, and infrastructure overload.

4. Image Processing And Storage

The mobile app sends selected images to our backend for processing. We may store original uploads, normalized/prepared images, SVG outputs, and related job metadata for limited periods so the app can complete conversions, support downloads, troubleshoot failures, and improve the product.

• Original uploads are intended to be deleted after a short processing window.
• Normalized or prepared raster images may be retained briefly for troubleshooting and reliability.
• SVG outputs may be retained temporarily so you can download recent results again.
• Cost, reliability, and product analytics metadata may be retained longer in aggregated or non-content form.

5. Third-Party Services

We use service providers to run the app and process conversions, including:

• Cloud hosting, database, authentication, and storage providers.
• Image processing, AI preparation, background removal, and vectorization providers.
• Analytics and error monitoring providers.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Free Beta

The mobile app is planned to launch as a free beta. If paid features are added later, this policy may be updated to describe payment processing and related account data.

• You can delete local downloaded files from your device.
